Payment Terms

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo cards. All credit / debit card payments are made through our secure payment servers hosted by HSBC.
 
Sorry but we do not accept American Express or Diners Card. We also accept payment by BACS.  If you would like to pay by BACS please contact us.
 
Please note that we can only deliver your first order to the Credit Card Holders Address (the address to which the Credit Card bill is sent by your bank). Subsequent deliveries may be sent to a different delivery address upon request only.

Shipping methods:

As all orders will be shipped to you direct from our suppliers/importers we cannot guarantee the courier service that will be used.  Where possible this will be sent on a 'Shipping Confirmation' email together with any tracking numbers we are given.

Additional Information:

Delivery times do not include Weekends or Public Bank Holidays

Please note that quoted delivery times are those estimated by our suppliers and not H2O Information Technology Ltd. There are no premium rate, refundable charges for delivery, the charges reflect only those imposed on us by our suppliers and their couriers. Orders are not guaranteed to leave our suppliers the same day for next day delivery although we do try our best to dispatch every order as soon as possible.
